Rural property division expansion

Tuesday 11 Aug 2020

Specialising in rural and lifestyle property in the Otago and Southland regions, Colliers International are proud to announce expansion within this key division. Already a powerhouse within the rural and agribusiness sector with in excess of 50 rural property specialists across New Zealand, August 2020 has seen significant growth with six new South Island recruits, operating in the Canterbury office.

Rural sector services offered by Colliers International include farm and lifestyle sales along with valuation and advisory across wide-ranging assets including viticulture, horticulture, agribusiness and more.

Colliers International’s rural team commenced New Zealand operations in 2014 and have since grown to encompass the whole country, with offices in Otago, Southland, Canterbury, Auckland, Wellington, the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Hawke’s Bay, Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough.

In the changing economic market and the context of an increasingly global and corporate agribusiness environment, the primary industries continue to evolve to remain competitive; Colliers offer expert local service backed by global reach and experience. Innovative marketing and refined negotiation bring together rural vendors and purchasers for a successful outcome.

The expansion of the Canterbury office introduces a number of skilled and experienced rural sales consultants for rural property assets encompassing high country stations, lifestyle homes and vineyards along with deer, dairy, beef, arable and grazing offerings.
