James O'Hagan

James’ real estate career spans over 20 years, with global experience gained in Australia, the United States, the Middle East and New Zealand. He has held senior management positions in Sales & Marketing, Development Management, Asset Management and Project Marketing and was previously Managing Director and Sales Manager for Colliers Otago. 

James specialises in selling residential and commercial real estate and residential development projects. His knowledge and professionalism are highly respected by his clients and industry colleagues.

James holds multiple degrees including a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University New York as well as post and undergraduate degrees in Property Economics, Advertising and Business. His interest in architecture and construction led him to develop his own projects and in 2020 he won an NZIA Architecture and Master Builder awards for his Kawarau Falls residence.
